Materials Used
What materials are the phone cases made of?
Our Tough Guards are built with two protective layers. The outer layer is made of 100% polycarbonate, a hard and durable material, while the inner layer is crafted from 100% thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), which is smooth, flexible, and strong. Together, these shock-absorbent layers offer excellent protection against drops and impacts, keeping your phone safe from everyday accidents.
Additionally, our Guards are UV-protected, making them highly resistant to outdoor weathering and helping to maintain their appearance over time.
We are also actively exploring eco-friendly alternatives made from biodegradable materials.
Shipment & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location.
After you placed your order, your phone guard will be custom made with the design, phone model and guard finish you chose (matte or glossy).
Typically, orders are processed and made in around 2-3 business days. After that, shipping time varies on your location.

Order Tracking
What are the 4 different ways to track your order?
1. Check your email (Recommended)
Once your order has been produced and shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Simply click on the tracking number to be redirected to your tracking page.
2. Text us on Whatsapp
At the bottom of our website, you’ll see a 'Whatsapp' button. Click it, and start a chat with us on Whatsapp.
3. Sign in to your account
Go to Guardistry.com and log in with your email and password. If you don’t have an account yet, register and sign in. Once logged in, you’ll find details about all your past and current orders. Click on your order number (starting with #GDY) to access the tracking page.
4. Contact us
If you’re having trouble with any of the above options, send your first name, last name, and order number (starting with #GDY) to info@guardistry.com, and we’ll get back to you with an update.
Exchanges & Returns
What is our return and exchange policy?
We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange it for another product within 14 days.
Received a defective or incorrect item?
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference.
Please note, custom orders are non-refundable.
